Although we meet together as a community on Sunday mornings, its important to remember that church is not an event that we attend weekly. To have true community and a thriving church we must continue to worship and experience community throughout the week. Feel free to comment on different discussion topics, share what the Lord has done in/for you, and check back often to see what we're focusing on together....

Relationships: Patience

Have you completely submitted every aspect of your life to Christ and in every way obeyed all of His teachings?

Galatians 5:22-23

But when the Holy Spirit controls our lives, he will produce this kind of fruit in us: love, joy, peace, PATIENCE, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Here there is no conflict with the law.

Who tests your patience?

If we don't believe in a patient God, why would we extend patience to others?

God is patient with every one of us.

Romans 2:4 says, "Don't you realize how kind, tolerant, and patient God is with you? Or don't you care? Can't you see how kind he has been in giving you time to turn from your sin?"

We also need to be patient with ourselves.

How can you be patient with yourself while continuing to strive for sinlessness?

We must also be patient with others.

Are you patient with others? If not, why?

How do we balance patience with the desire for people to grow?
